Since 2012 I've worked on website content for many clients. This ranges from simple tasks like writing blogposts to managing more complex projects like content audits and total website revamps.

Using data analysis and user feedback, I've worked alongside developers and designers to make websites that are visitor-focused and easy to navigate. This means planning the layout of each page, writing SEO-friendly copy, producing multimedia elements and making strategic decisions about calls-to-action and other revenue-generating goals. I have advised on content management systems for websites – how to choose the right one and customise them to suit each need. I've also trained up website editors so they are comfortable making further changes and managing their site going forward.

I try to keep abreast of the latest technology trends, website builders and widgets, to future-proof each website as best as possible. Through my experience, I have learned project management skills and picked up on development, design and UX principles along the way. I've honed my ability to create a wide variety of website content, with different voices, for different audiences.
